The S22 series oil-immersed transformers are constructed using high-quality 30P series silicon steel from Shougang and Shanghai Baosteel, featuring foil-wound electromagnetic coils and advanced insulation materials and processes. ·The S22 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers utilize wavy tank fins as cooling elements. This design isolates the internal transformer components from the atmosphere, preventing moisture and aging-related deterioration of oil and insulation, thereby enhancing operational reliability.

·The oil tank is expertly welded, ensuring smoothness, flatness, and uniform thickness to prevent oil leakage.

·The core employs 0.23mm high-permeability laser-scribed plates and a stepped five-stage slot structure, reducing no-load loss and current. Lock nuts secure the core tension and clamping.

·High-voltage windings use multi-layer wire with special interlayer insulation materials to improve mechanical strength.
