155-grade enameled round aluminum wire is one of the main varieties of electromagnetic wire. It is made of bare wire composed of conductor and insulation layer, which is annealed and softened, and then repeatedly sprayed and baked. However, it is not easy to meet the production requirements of standards and products that meet customer requirements. It is affected by raw material quality, processing parameters, production equipment and environmental factors. Therefore, the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are different, but they all have high temperature resistance, mechanical properties, electrical properties and chemical properties and excellent freezing resistance. They are suitable for refrigeration equipment working for a long time at 200℃ and electrical equipment subject to chemical corrosion, dry transformers, oil-immersed transformers, epoxy casting transformers and other electromechanical equipment.

Product characteristics
1. Excellent heat dissipation performance
-The winding is soaked in insulating oil. The high heat capacity and fluidity of the oil can quickly take away the heat generated by the winding, avoid local overheating, and improve the overall heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer.
2. High insulation reliability
-Insulating oil fills the winding gap to effectively isolate the conductor and air and reduce the risk of local discharge and breakdown.
3. Strong mechanical stability
-The winding adopts copper wire or transposition wire, which is fixed by pressing the structure to resist the huge electromagnetic force in short circuit and prevent deformation or displacement.
4. Overload resistance and aging resistance
-Oil cycle slows the oxidation of insulating materials and extends the winding life.
5. Noise reduction and environmental protection
-The oil medium suppresses the winding vibration noise and meets the noise standard of the urban power grid.
