Product Details

180-grade polyimide film flat copper wire is heat-resistant, refrigerant-resistant, cold-resistant, radiation-resistant, etc. It has high mechanical strength, stable air performance, good chemical resistance and refrigerant resistance, and strong overload capacity. It is widely used in refrigerator compressors, air-conditioning compressors, power tools, explosion-proof motors, and motors and electrical appliances used under high temperature, cold, radiation resistance, overload and other conditions. Product Characteristics

1. Use Polyimide film wrapped flat copper wire.

2. It has excellent electrical properties, high mechanical properties and good resistance to moisture and heat.Suitable for large and medium-sized high voltage motors, special motors and electrical windings

3. The winding is immersed in insulating oil, and the high heat capacity and fluidity of the oil can quickly remove the heat generated by the winding, avoiding local overheating and improving the overall heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer.

4. High insulation reliability

-Insulation oil fills the winding gap, effectively isolating the conductor from air and reducing the risk of partial discharge and breakdown.

5. Strong mechanical stability

-The winding adopts copper wire or transposed wire, which is fixed by a clamping structure to resist the huge electromagnetic force during short circuit and prevent deformation or displacement.

6. Overload resistance and aging resistance

-Oil circulation slows down the oxidation of insulation materials and extends the lifespan of windings.

-High temperature resistant materials support short-term overload operation.
